On Thursday 9th September there will be a free concert in the Falcon Mews, behind the Falcon Hotel in Bromyard, starting at 8.00 pm.
This is the opening event of the 2010 Bromyard Folk Festival and is free to all, whether you have a Festival ticket or not.
It features artists from Bromyard and surrounding district including Sally Stamford’s band – Loxley, Foxtail Soup, The Deadmoney Duo, Al Clearwaters and many more. The venue is the Falcon Mews, a fantastic restoration of a formerly derelict stable block, which has to be seen.
The venue holds about 150 and it will be full, so get there in good time. The bar will include a couple of real ales straight from the cask so you won’t go thirsty.
